Deposit & Cancellation Policy We require a credit card number to hold your reservation. We do not charge it at this time, unless your service requires a deposit. We ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid any fees. Appointments cancelled within 12 hours of your service will be charged 25% of all services booked. Appointments cancelled within 6 hours of your service will be charged 50% of all services booked. Appointments cancelled within 2 hours or less of your service, and no call/no show appointments will be charged 100% of all services booked. All of our Valentine packages require a 48 hour cancellation or change of services notice. All deposits are non-refundable. All of our therapists are commission based and we must ensure that their time is valued. We do understand emergencies, so please give us a call as soon as you can to avoid any charges.
